About me

Hi, I'm Tracy,

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and my approach to counselling is built on the foundations of human connection, recognising the importance of relationships.

Before training as a counsellor I worked in various roles over the years but was left feeling like I wanted more from life. I knew that something had to give and I had to make the change so I decided to embark upon a complete career shift. I wanted a role where I could support others in their time of need and have a genuinely positive impact. My dream of running my own counselling practice is a blessing and it is a privilege to work with so many clients from all walks of life.
